Juvallure MedSpa and Wellness was founded by Juliana Alvarez, PA-C, a board certified physician assistant who performs every injectable treatment herself in Suite 118 in Royal Palm Beach.

Juliana built Juvallure around a simple conviction: aesthetic treatments are medical treatments, and they deserve a medical standard. Every plan starts with an assessment. Every product is chosen for a reason she can explain in plain language. And every result is reviewed with you, honestly, including the visits where the honest answer is to do less.
That standard runs through the whole menu, from Botox at $13 per unit to full facial balancing from $750, PRP therapy, IV vitamin infusions and a medical weight loss program she supervises personally.
